GAMP 5 and documentation
At VARO, we have extensive experience with GAMP 5 projects and follow a structured project model based on GAMP 5 principles.
We begin by defining the process, assessing risks, and clarifying documentation requirements. From there, we develop the concept, prototype, and final solution in close collaboration with your team. The project is managed through clearly defined phases with formal review points and approval gates, ensuring full transparency regarding what has been clarified, what is being tested, and what the next steps are.
Documentation is structured to align with your approval process and the project model used for the solution. Depending on the project, this may include risk assessments, design documentation, technical specifications, FAT/SAT documentation, user manuals, maintenance instructions, spare parts lists, and training materials.
