The solution handles both IBC containers and drums, and the system automatically identifies container and pallet sizes. The robot is equipped with a vision system and automatic tool changing, enabling it to select the correct tool for lid removal and draining without operator intervention.
The solution is ideal for applications where maximum flexibility, safety, and capacity are required within a single integrated installation.

The system uses a robust, programmable robotic arm that automatically lowers the draining lance into the container and controls the draining process with high precision.
The solution can be adapted to different product viscosities and flow rates, ensuring stable and reliable operation with both low-viscosity and more viscous liquids.
