Owner-managed company with a long-term perspective
VARO is employee-owned.
Today, 12 employees are co-owners of the company, and we actively work with a gradual generational transition to ensure that ownership remains internal and closely connected to the day-to-day business.
This provides stability and continuity for our customers, their technology solutions, and the relationships we build together.
Cross-functional team and in-house production - working side by side
VARO Group consists of approximately 100 employees, including engineers, technicians, assemblers, apprentices, and specialists. We work closely across disciplines and functions, bringing together a broad range of expertise.
We cover the entire value chain—from concept development and engineering to documentation, assembly, and testing—and we have our own production facilities. This eliminates unnecessary intermediaries, strengthens quality control, and enables us to provide spare parts and technical support more efficiently.
Our subsidiary, CAMPEN Machinery, specializes in roll-based machinery and delivers complete production lines to the nonwoven, Airlaid, and carpet industries.
Together, we combine deep process knowledge with strong technological capabilities—from advanced automation solutions to complete production lines. This gives our customers access to extensive industry expertise, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and solutions built to perform over the long term, including in regulated industries.
