Cut, remove and discard plastic film with fully automatic unwrapping
The automatic unwrapping technology VARO Unwrapper allows plastic film wrapped pallets to be unwrapped quickly and safely without manual work – around the clock if necessary.
Each pallet is measured with millimeter precision and the stretch film is cut without damaging the packaged goods. The released plastic film is removed fully automatically and disposed of at the same time so that it can be included in a recycling cycle.

VARO's unwrapping technology The VARO Unwrapper is geared to individually unwrap irregularly packed pallets up to a package height of 2.7 m.
Where previously employees had to use ladders and cutting knives to remove the film, which was not completely harmless and could be ergonomically burdensome, the VARO Unwrapper does it fully automatically and in a few seconds. In this way, a previously unknown capacity can be created in the storage and logistics area and the entire warehouse can be decisively optimized.

The compact VARO unwrapping technology can be integrated into virtually all automation processes - without the use of compressed air. At any time of the day or night, the unwrapping can take place, with a capacity of up to a thousand stretch-wrapped pallets per day. A process that avoids accidents and at the same time is environmentally friendly and sustainable, as the foil can be compressed immediately and completely after unwrapping.
